The Israeli occupation authorities released the Swedish environmental activist Greta Tonberg and deported to Greece, after participating in the fleet of aid heading to Gaza.

Today, Israel announced the deportation of 171 additional activists from the global summer fleet to both Greece and Slovakia, after the ships that were trying to deliver aid to the besieged sector intercepted.
It was revealed yesterday that Tonberg was seized in a cell full of bedding, and was forced to kiss the Israeli flag before its release, while other detainees reported that they had seen Israeli soldiers who were taking her hair and hitting them in front of them.
The Guardian newspaper quoted Swedish official correspondence that officials from the Swedish embassy visited Tonberg in her cell, as the embassy informed that the activist was suffering from dehydration, and she did not get enough water or food, as she was likely to have a supreme skin, which is likely to be caused by bedbage.
Correspondence indicated that Tonberg talked about harsh treatment and had to sit for long periods on solid surfaces inside her detention.
Tonberg was among the 437 activists who participated in the global aviation fleet, which was launched from Crete in Greece, in an attempt to break the maritime blockade imposed on Gaza and deliver humanitarian aid to the population suffering from starvation.
