The Ministry of Health and Population announced the start of conducting the necessary medical examinations and analyzes for those who seek candidacy for the House of Representatives, in conjunction with the voter’s invitation, as part of the directives of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, to facilitate the procedures for medical and laboratory examination of the candidates.
Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the ministry’s spokesperson, revealed the full list of hospitals and approved medical centers to conduct these examinations throughout the Republic, with special mechanisms to sign a medical examination of candidates with disabilities, to ensure the accuracy of reports and their compatibility with legal requirements.
With regard to candidates with disabilities, Dr. Abdel Ghaffar explained that the General Administration of Specialized Medical Councils will take over the responsibility for signing a medical examination on them, according to the procedures stipulated in the Minister of Health and Population Resolution No. 529 of 2025.
He added that the administration will prepare a technical report with the result of the disclosure of each student’s candidacy, which includes an accurate identification of the type of disability and what it is, and the spokesperson confirmed that the list included all governorates to ensure comprehensive coverage of all electoral districts, and the following are the details according to each governorate:

• Cairo Governorate: The General Medical Council of the Specialized Medical Councils, Manshie Al -Bakri General Hospital, Al -Munira General Hospital, Helwan General Hospital, Ain Shams General Hospital, Shubra General Hospital, Dar Al -Shifa Hospital, Al Salam Specialist Hospital, Nasser Research Institute, New Cairo Hospital, Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital, and Republic Educational Hospital.
• Alexandria Governorate: The General Medical Council of the Specialized Medical Councils, Al -Gomhoria General Hospital, Abu Qir General Hospital, Al -Amiriya General Hospital, Ras Al -Teen General Hospital, East City Hospital, Al -Qabari Hospital, and Al -Ajami Hospital.
• Giza Governorate: The General Medical Council of the Specialized Medical Councils, the Central Central Hospital, the Public Editorial Hospital, Osim Central Hospital, Sheikh Zayed Specialist Hospital, Al -Haram Hospital, and Agouza Hospital.
• The governorates of the channel (Port Said, Suez, Ismailia): The General Medical Council in each governorate.
Qaliubiya Governorate: General Medical Council, Shebin Al -Qanater Hospital, Toukh Central Hospital (Medical Center), Qalioub Specialized Hospital, Nasser Specialist Hospital, and Benha Teaching Hospital.
• Sharkia Governorate: General Medical Council, Al -Qaniyat General Hospital, Belbeis General Hospital, Faqous General Hospital, Al Saadien Hospital, Minya Al Qamh Hospital, Abu Kabir General Hospital, and Al Ahrar Teaching Hospital.
Dakahlia Governorate: General Medical Council, Sinbillawain Central Hospital, Dikirnis Central Hospital, Mit Ghamr General Hospital, Belqas Central Hospital, and Mansoura International Hospital.
• Menoufia Governorate: General Medical Council, Quesna General Hospital, Ashmoun General Hospital, Menouf General Hospital, Barakat Al -Saba Hospital, and Shebin Al -Koum Teaching Hospital.
• Gharbia Governorate: General Medical Council, Tanta General Hospital, Kafr El -Zayat Central Hospital, Mahalla General Hospital, and Zafta General Hospital.
• Kafr El -Sheikh Governorate: General Medical Council, Kafr El -Sheikh General Hospital, Desouq General Hospital, Bella Central Hospital, Sidi Salem Central Hospital, and Baltim Specialist Hospital.
• Al -Buhaira Governorate: General Medical Council, Kafr El Dawar Hospital, Itay Al -Baroud Hospital, Kom Hamada Specialized Hospital, and Damanhour Teaching Hospital.
Damietta Governorate: General Medical Council, Kafr Saad Hospital, and Damietta Specialized Hospital.
Fayoum Governorate: General Medical Council, and Fayoum General Hospital.
• Beni Suef Governorate: General Medical Council, Al -Wasiti Hospital, Beni Suef Specialist Hospital, Ihnasia Specialist Hospital, and Mental Health Hospital.
Minya Governorate: General Medical Council, Maghagha Hospital, Sadr Minya Hospital, Dermawas Hospital, Mallawi Specialized Hospital, and Samalout Specialist Hospital.
• Assiut Governorate: General Medical Council, Al -Badari Hospital, Manfalut Hospital, Al -Iman General Hospital, and Abu Tig Hospital.
Sohag Governorate: The General Medical Council, Tahta General Hospital, Balina Central Hospital, and Sohag General Hospital.
Qena Governorate: General Medical Council, Qena General Hospital, Nag Hammadi Hospital, and Qaft Specialist Hospital.
Luxor Governorate: General Medical Council and Luxor International Hospital.
Aswan Governorate: General Medical Council.

In a move aimed at unifying the criteria of examination and ensuring its accuracy, the Ministry has defined the central administration of its factories, in addition to the “joint laboratories” in the governorates, to take over the withdrawal of drugs examination samples and intoxicants for those who seek candidacy in the various governorates of the Republic.
These measures come to enhance transparency and adhere to medical and legal standards in the election process, while emphasizing the availability of all capabilities to complete the tests as soon as possible.
