The number of injured people in the fire exhibition exhibition in Shubra Al -Khaimah increased to 5 cases of suffocation, including an individual of the civil protection forces, as a result of the escalation of thick smoke during an attempt to control the fire.

In a related context, the Shubra Al -Khaima area in Qalyubia Governorate witnessed, today, a fire inside an exhibition of household appliances, which caused a state of panic among the people and the extension of the fumes to the neighboring streets, before the civil protection forces could control the fire and extinguish it completely without human losses.
Major General Ashraf Jaballah, Director of Qalubiya Security, received a notification from Major General Haitham Shehata, Director of the Civil Protection Department in the governorate, stating that the fire occurred inside the exhibition in the Shubra Al -Khaimah Police Department, and immediately the civil protection forces and ambulance teams moved to the place of the communication.
A number of fire engines were pushed, as the forces managed to surround the fire and control the fire before its extension to the neighboring real estate and shops.
The fire resulted in the injury of 5 people suffocating as a result of inhaling the fumes, including a member of the Civil Defense Forces, and all the injured were treated in the field and left the report after their health improved.
The preliminary inspection confirmed that the fire broke out as a result of the ignition of some household and plastic tools inside the exhibition, and the accurate reasons are being determined by the criminal laboratory, and a report of the incident was released, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation.
