The activities of the seventeenth conference of the Arab Association for Kidney Diseases and Agency and the First Conference on Kidney Health and Cultivation in the Kingdom of Bahrain were launched today, in the presence of the team, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Health, and Dr. Jalila bint Al -Sayed Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health, as well as a number of specialists in the health and academic field from regional and international institutions.
The conference is organized by government hospitals, and in strategic partnership with the Ministry of Health and Royal Medical Services and the Central Committee for the Transport and Cultivation of Human Organs in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and in cooperation with the Dyniocen Plus.
During the opening, the team, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, President of the Supreme Council of Health, affirmed that hosting the Kingdom of Bahrain for this prominent medical event reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to strengthening its position as a regional center for medical and scientific conference The Crown Prince, the Prime Minister, may God protect him. His Excellency added that these health activities contribute to continuing the development of medical services and enhancing national experiences in line with national health plans and strategies.
For her part, Dr. Jalila bint Al -Sayed Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health, confirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain’s hosting of the seventeenth conference of the Arab Association for Kidney Diseases and Affairs and the First Conference on Kidney Health and Cultivation, embodies the strategic orientation of the Kingdom of Bahrain in strengthening medical and scientific partnerships, noting that organizing such events contributes to exchanging experiences and discussing the latest global developments in support of promoting the quality of health care provided.
She pointed out that the Kingdom of Bahrain has taken pioneering steps in the field of organ donation by launching a platform “and those who revive it, which is concerned with encouraging the culture of organ donation and spreading societal awareness of its importance, which contributes to saving the lives of many patients in need of organ transplantation. She emphasized that these efforts reflect the Kingdom’s commitment to adopting pioneering humanitarian initiatives that enhance the values of societal solidarity and keep pace with the best global medical practices.
For his part, Dr. Abdel -Raqib Abdo, President of the conference, explained that the conference in the Kingdom of Bahrain represents a leading scientific platform for the exchange of knowledge and experiences between specialists, and contributes to raising the efficiency of Arab medical cadres in the field of kidney disease and transplantation, which enhances the pioneering role of the Kingdom in hosting specialized scientific events, and added that the conference witnesses a wide participation of Arab and international medical associations and centers specialized in kidney disease Doctors, consultants and academics. The scientific program of the conference also includes an advanced lectures and workshops that cover accurate topics, the most prominent of which are: the memory above the genetic as a major factor in kidney disease and future treatments, toll inflammation and modern management strategies, and antibodies for the donor in the recipient of kidney transplantation, in addition to treating frequent kidney disease in organs of organ transplantation, and other lectures and workshops that constitute a qualitative addition in enriching participants’ knowledge and promotion Their clinical practices.
In the same context, Dr. Mohamed Ghneimat, President of the Middle East Association for Organ Transplantation, affirmed that the conference for the first time in the Kingdom of Bahrain is a strategic station that reflects the keenness to expand the horizons of joint Arab cooperation in the health field. He praised the distinguished organization of the conference in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which provided an integrated scientific environment that facilitates the discussion and exchange of experiences between the participants, and Dr. Ghneimat added that the Arab Association for Kidney Diseases and Cultivation and the Middle East Association for Organ Transplantation, which includes in its membership national societies and specialized centers from various Arab countries, seeks to unify efforts and develop treatment protocols and enhance scientific research to face the growing challenges in this Biological specialization.
