The Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Kingdom participated, running on its annual habit, at the annual conference of the ruling labor party, which was held in Liverpool during the period from September 28 to October 1, 2025, in the presence of British Prime Minister Sir Kerr Starmer, senior officials, members of the House of Representatives and Words from the party, members of local councils and party members, and many ambassadors and diplomats accredited to the United Kingdom.
During the conference, Sheikh Fawaz bin Muhammad Al Khalifa, Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps, met the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Kingdom, with many ministers and senior British officials and deputies, including His Excellency Mrs. Evit Cooper, Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Mr. Hamish Falconer, British Minister of State for Middle East and North Africa, His Excellency Mr. Luke Pollard, Minister of State for Defense Affairs, His Excellency Mr. Alessre Carrene, Minister of Armed Forces at the Ministry of Defense, Chris Bryant, Minister of State for Trade at the British Ministry of Business and Trade, His Excellency Deem Angela Eagl, Minister of State for Environment, Food and Affairs of rural Affairs, His Excellency Mrs. Emily Thornbari, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, MP Fadel Khan, head of the parliamentary group concerned in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the British Parliament, and Deputy Jessica Toul, the Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Commonwealth Development, the mayor of London is a friend of Khan, and the Vice -Dean of London for Environment and Energy, and other senior British officials.
The Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Kingdom, on the sidelines of the annual conference of the ruling Workers’ Party, organized the annual reception of the Council of Arab Ambassadors in London, headed by His Excellency Sheikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Dean of the Arab Diplomacy Corps, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Kingdom, and with the participation of His Excellency Mr. Hammish Falcon, British Minister of State for Middle East and North Africa, and His Excellency Mr. Alessre Carne, Minister of the Armed Forces of the Ministry of Defense, and His Excellency the Lady Emilithorenberry, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, His Excellency Mr. Anas Sawar, leader of the Scottish Labor Party and a number of officials and parliamentarians from the British Labor Party, diplomats, politicians and representatives of intellectual centers.
The embassy also held a dinner in honor of Sir Chris Bryant, Minister of State for Trade at the British Ministry of Business and Trade, and Deem Angela Eagl, Minister of State for Environment, Food and Ravel Affairs, in cooperation with the International Diplomacy Corporation, attended by a number of ambassadors, members of the diplomatic corps and British deputies, where the British government’s vision of international trade and foreign policy was discussed, and emphasized the importance of the Free Trade Convention between the Cooperation Council For the Arab Gulf states and the United Kingdom in promoting economic growth.
In the context of strengthening dialogue on regional and international issues, the embassy, in cooperation with the Labor Party Group for Foreign Policy, organized a dialogue seminar entitled “The Future Industry: The role of Britain in changes in the Middle East and North Africa region” with the participation of His Excellency Sheikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa alongside MP Luiz Sandler-Juns, Minister of State for Individuals and Old Warmers, and Representative Alex Penger, member of the Foreign Affairs Committee in Parliament The British and Chairman of the Peace Preservation Committee, and Mrs. Gabriel Rifkind, an expert in mediation and conflict resolution, while the session was conducted by Mrs. Yumana Asad, head of the Labor Policy Policy Party Group “LFPG”.
The embassy participated effectively in many sessions and side events on the sidelines of the conference, most notably a lunch in honor of the heads of diplomatic missions, the reception of the Friends of Palestine in the British Labor Party, and the reception of the Middle East Council at the Labor Party.
