Badrin Petroleum Company announced that the first Egyptian drilling head is currently being manufactured by 17.5 inches, which is designed and manufactured specifically for the company and is expected to be completed within the coming weeks in order to support the localization of the manufacture of this type of task, and announced the success of wells drilling experiments with rehabilitated drilling heads in cooperation with the Tanmia Petroleum Company, in implementation of the goals of the first axis of the Ministry of Petroleum strategy Mineral wealth, which supports the adoption of innovative solutions in the field of drilling and production.
A strategy for the state, such as reducing import and technology localization
The Badruddin Petroleum Company organized a meeting during which it reviewed what is achieved by the manufacture and rehabilitation of drilling heads in Egypt from contributions to the Egyptian economy in terms of providing job opportunities and providing foreign currency and expenses and also achieving strategic benefits for the state such as reducing import and localization of technology, in addition to its positive environmental impact of a significant reduction in carbon emissions and industrial waste.
It was emphasized that this success is behind the fruitful cooperation and support provided by the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation, and to ensure the innovative solutions that support production operations, leadership of Badreddine in supporting the two excavation -making initiatives locally as well as the rehabilitation of drilling heads, as well as cooperation with the obelisk company manufactured for drilling heads and the introduction to the rehabilitation service in conjunction with development.
During the meeting, a three -dimensional emulator model was presented to the first Egyptian numbers head of digging and adorned the model in the colors of the Egyptian flag, and the engineer Ashraf Abdel -Gawad, head of the Badradin Petroleum Company, thanked the company’s drilling management for its prominent role in implementation.
