The Council of Muslim Elderly indicated that it attaches great importance to the rights of the elderly, as it was launched last May, in partnership with the Catholic Church and the American Association of Retired Persons, a global document to support the elderly and preserve their dignity, through a unified vision, based on the need to enhance the joint efforts to support the elderly and their right to independence and full participation in society, and protect them from all forms of discrimination, abuse, exploitation and neglect, which may They are exposed to it, work to address it, in addition to enabling them to make the appropriate options for themselves and their families, and obtain high -quality health care, focus on their personal needs, and take into account their individual choices.
