Eng. Ahmed Hassan Singer, head of the Tama Center and City, continued his inspection trips to follow up the progress of work within the Technology Center for Citizen Service, during the morning and evening periods, which was in the context of the directives of Major General Dr. Abdel -Fattah Mohamed Siraj, the governor of Sohag, of the necessity of continuous field follow -up to the files of reconciliations.

This came in the presence of Mansour Hazin, the deputy head of the center, along with a number of officials of the relevant departments, and Singer stressed during his tour of the importance of continuing to facilitate procedures and provide all the services and capabilities necessary for citizens, in a way that contributes to accelerating the pace of ending requests, especially in the evening period that witnesses a demand from citizens.
The head of the center also stressed the necessity of effective communication with citizens and their awareness of the required documents and the necessary steps to submit requests for reconciliation, in order to ensure the maximum benefit from the services provided, and to reduce the burdens on the shoulders of the people.
He pointed out that the local unit continues to provide all aspects of support, and to follow up on the files of reconciliations on a daily basis, in implementation of the instructions of political leadership and state efforts in legalizing the conditions of buildings and achieving societal stability.
