Today, the House of Representatives, headed by Counselor Dr. Hanafi Jabali, will witness the first procedural session of the sixth session of the second legislative term, after President Abdel -Fattah El -Sisi invited the Council to convene again due to the presence of some subjects in objection in the new draft criminal procedure law.

During the session, the Council of the President of the Republic is scheduled for his objection to some articles of the law, in accordance with the provisions of Article 123 of the Constitution.
The session will also be attended by Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and a number of ministers, in a move that confirms the importance of the law, which is one of the most prominent legislation, because of its fundamental amendments to the criminal justice system.
