Assiut Governorate agrees to launch the name of the Minister of Foreign Affairs on a new traffic axis
The meeting witnessed the presence of Dr. Mina Emad, Deputy Governor, Accountant Adly Abu Aqeel, Secretary General of the Governorate, Mr. Khaled Abdel Raouf, Assistant Secretary -General, along with Major General Ismail Hussein, Advisor to the Governor for the Affairs of the General Administration of the Technical Office, and Counselor Mohamed Mahmoud Kamel, the provincial legal advisor, Colonel Joy Mohamed Mohamed Ali, Assistant Military Adviser, as well as members of the Executive Council from the Ministry’s agents, heads of the centers and neighborhoods, General Diwan departments.
The Governor of Assiut stressed that the new axis, known as the “Sayed” axis currently being implemented at the northern entrance to the city of Assiut, next to the mural on the ring road, represents a strategic traffic artery to connect the area to the agricultural road and reduce the crowds inside the city, directing quickly to finish the works in preparation for its opening at the earliest time.
In the same context, Major General Hisham Abu Al -Nasr continued the paving of a number of streets and interior axes, including Taraa Abdullah Street in the Teachers ’area with a length of 1000 meters and a width of 50 meters at an estimated cost of 18 million pounds, stressing the completion of the work of facilities and infrastructure before the paving began, especially with the population increase in the region and in response to the complaints of the people.
The Governor also reviewed the executive position of a number of development files, as he pointed out that the reconciliation rate on construction violations reached 99%, while the rates of implementation of the spatial variable system reached 97%, stressing his keenness to pay the projects listed in the investment plan to achieve a development mutation, in addition to following up the file of codifying state property lands in accordance with Law 144 of 2017, stressing that there is no compromise with any A negligence, and directed to hold periodic meetings to raise the rates of achievement and overcome obstacles.
The Council also discussed some service decisions to improve the standard of living, among them the approval of amending the tariff for entering the Manfalut livestock market for a period And facilitated.
The session was not limited to discussing service issues only, but also included the adoption of a number of donations that support the development efforts in the governorate, including a shipment of 5 million pounds provided by a pharmaceutical company in Cairo, and a cash donation of one million pounds in favor of the livestock development project in Arab Mutir and the governor thanked the donors, stressing that community participation represents an essential pillar in enhancing the state’s efforts to meet the needs of citizens and achieve development Sustainable on the land of Assiut.
