Today, Tuesday, the New Cairo Court will hold a decisive session in the case from one of the descendants of Dr. Nawal Al -Dajwi, in which he is demanding the signing of the stone on it.
Judgment in the stone lawsuit against Nawal Al -Dajwi
At the end of the session, the court requested the submission of documents and notes during the coming period, to complete the pleading on the specified date.
It should be noted that the lawsuit came against the background of the escalation of family differences within the Dajwi family, after the grandmother accused a number of members of her family of seizing money and golden artifacts estimated at more than a quarter of a billion pounds.
One of the grandchildren accused of the theft incident, named Ahmed Sharif Al -Dajwi, was found suicide in his apartment with a gunshot, a few days after his return from a treatment trip abroad, which increased the complexity of the miserable family scene.
