The directives came during the governor’s meeting, with the heads of administrative centers to follow up the position of the registered files on the rationing system, and the rates of implementing the targeted removal decisions within the 27th wave to remove encroachments.
The governor directed the editing of criminal records for those who fail to legalize, and to include them on the removal lists within the wave 27, with the continued field coordination between the executive bodies; To ensure the implementation of decisions and prevent the return of encroachments on the lands of the state.
Zamlout affirmed that stopping the supply and fertilizers supported by the aggressors is a next step to the warning, and coincides with legal procedures, including the editing of the criminal records and the intensification of removal campaigns.
He pointed out that the concerned authorities will continue to limit the encroachments and link them to the legalization files; So that the violations are not repeated or the aggressor sites are used on the lands of the state, explaining that the 27th wave aims to a comprehensive survey of the facilities of encroachments and link them to administrative and judicial decisions.
The Governor instructed the heads of the five administrative centers quickly completing the reconciliation files in construction violations within the technological centers, and issuing a decision to prosecute the hidden lands for the spaces cultivated outside the actually leased area, provided that the price does not exceed 750 pounds for the areas less than acre, with the increase according to the increase in the area, and this mechanism aims to control land occupancy, and to close the vulnerability of the exploitation of state lands outside the contracts Official, and linking any illegal expansion to the approved rationing paths.
He explained that the implementation will depend on the lists of priorities that include: inhabited cases that have not adhered to the tracks of legalization despite the warning, cases that return to the attack after the removal, and the cases that benefit from catering and agricultural support in violation, and joint committees of executive agencies and security agencies move; To ensure the removal of encroachments and the return of the state’s lands for their original possession, with continuous follow -up during the 27th wave and the following waves.
