The investigation authorities referred the report submitted by the media, Bossi Shalaby, against the artist Ghada Ibrahim to the Economic Affairs Prosecution for investigation, against the background of the latter accusing her of committing facts insulting and public slander through social media, and questioning her scientific qualifications by claiming to forge her graduation certificate.
Referring to Bossi Shalaby’s communication against Ghada Ibrahim to the Economic Affairs Prosecution
Lawyer Heidi Fadali, the defense of Bossi Shalaby, had submitted a report to the Attorney General’s office, attached to documents and records that include expressions of insulting, slander and defamation issued by Ghada Ibrahim for the right of her client.
Al -Fadali stressed that Ghada Ibrahim’s statements represent an electronic defamation punishable by law, and that the allegations that were reported about falsifying the graduation certificate of Bossi Shalaby from the Faculty of Information is unfounded, and aims only to harm her reputation and professional status.
