Hind Al -Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Pension Sector in the Public Authority for Pension and Social Insurance, explained the mechanisms and conditions of early retirement in the authority, that there is no in pension laws called “early retirement”, but a term is used to express retirement before reaching the age of referral to retirement, which is (60) years. She explained that the insured is a man or a woman who can obtain a pension with the minimum when he meets two conditions together, namely reaching the age of 50 with a period of service 20 years for the insured who is covered by Federal Law No. (7) of 1999 for pensions and social insurance and its amendments, and in the second case, reaching 55 years with a period of 30 years of service for the one who is subject to the decree
