Under the auspices Ministry of Industry The ready -made clothing manufacturing room will start next Thursday, the activities of the 78th session of the Cairo International Exhibition for ready -made clothes and fabrics and production supplies “Cairo Fashion & Tex”, organized by Pyramids Group to organize international exhibitions.

Dr. Mohamed El -Sherif, Chairman of the Pyramids Group, revealed that the exhibition will witness record participation exceeding 650 local and international companies and trademarks, in addition to the participation of delegations from many countries, including Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Brazil, Italy, Turkey, in addition to Arab and African countries.

Sharif described the Cairo & Tex & Tex exhibition as a pivotal platform to highlight the capabilities of the local industry as well as display the latest global fashion lines, indicating that its activities cover various sectors that include ready -made clothes, fabrics, production requirements, shoes and bags.

Al -Sharif added that the events include an integrated program that includes specialized workshops in design with the support of the Design and Fashion Center of the Ministry of Industry, in addition to holding discussion sessions entitled to develop the Egyptian industry .. The President of the Pyramids Group stressed that the exhibition has become a major gateway to enhance foreign investments in the ready -made clothes and fabric sectors, expressing his optimism that large export deals for Egyptian companies towards the markets of Europe, Africa and Latin America.

Al -Sharif pointed out that the interest in young cadres and Egyptian designers is an essential axis in the activities of the exhibition this year, with the aim of creating a new generation of creators who are able to compete globally, especially with the increasing dependence on local materials and innovative designs.

He concluded his remarks by confirming that the current session of the exhibition represents a qualitative shift in the Egyptian exhibition industry, and contributes to the consolidation of Cairo’s position as the capital of fashion and fabric in the Middle East and Africa.
