The Bahrain Tennis Federation and the Bahrain Tennis Club signed an official cooperation agreement aimed at hosting the club for the training of the under -12 and under 14 years, led by the able national club coach, Aziz Rasul,
In a qualitative step that reflects the two institutions’ keenness to build a solid base for the Bahraini tennis ball.
This agreement represents a new start to activate partnerships between clubs and federations to serve the development of emerging talents and the future champions industry.
The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, President of the Bahraini Tennis Federation, and Ahmed Khaled Al -Khalfan, President of the Bahrain Tennis Club, along with the honorary president of the club, Dr. Ali Fakhro, and a number of members of the Federation and the Club management councils and a group of sports personalities, amid a positive atmosphere that emphasized the depth of joint cooperation and the keenness of the two parties to work in the spirit of one team in order to serve the game and raise it to higher levels.
Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Mubarak Al Khalifa stressed that this agreement represents an important station in the Federation’s march towards building a new generation of tennis players who are able to represent Bahrain is the best representation in regional, continental and international benefits. He said: “We in the union are very interesting in the emerging age groups, as we consider it the basis for building the future of the game.
Through this partnership with the Bahrain Tennis Club, we emphasize our commitment to providing an ideal training environment for our emerging players and refining their talents at the hands of qualified technical cadres, which contributes to making a promising generation with the Bahraini tennis banner in the future.
For his part, His Excellency Mr. Ahmed Khaled Al -Khalafan, President of the Bahrain Tennis Club, expressed his pride in signing this agreement with Al -Ittihad, indicating that the club always opens its doors to initiatives that contribute to strengthening Bahrain’s position on the sports scene. He added: “We are proud of our club be a major partner in this important stage of working to establish strong teams for age groups, and we confirm our full commitment to providing logistical and technical support for the success of this experience, which reflects the club’s role in partnership with Al -Ittihad and work in hand in order to develop the game.”
This agreement constitutes a qualitative addition to the march of cooperation between the Bahrain Tennis Federation and the Bahrain Tennis Club, as it represents a positive step that enhances the club’s position as a strategic partner in supporting the homeland teams and players of emerging age groups. It also reflects the pivotal role for which sports clubs were established, which is to serve the sports movement and stand side by side with the national federations in building and developing al -Qaeda and making generations capable of raising the name of Bahrain high in various forums.
