Mr. Hassan Abdullah Al -Madani, Governor of the Northern Governorate, received Mr. Abdul -Hussein Mohsen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al -Shakhoura Charitable Fund Association and a number of members of the association, in the presence of Mrs. Suhaila Al -Youssa, Director of the Engineering and Investment Services Department in the governorate.
At the beginning of the meeting, the governor praised the prominent role played by the association and its continuous efforts in serving the people, stressing the keenness of preserving direct communication with the civil societies to listen to its proposals and needs, and work to follow up with the relevant authorities in a way that achieves the aspirations of the people, and enhances the community partnership, pointing to the importance of the role that charities play in supporting society and enhancing the values of solidarity and cooperation.
The meeting discussed the needs of the people of the service village, with service, improving the level of services and upgrading them in the region.
For their part, the members of the association extended his sincere thanks to the Northern Governorate for the good reception, noting that this meeting constitutes a motivation to continue volunteer work to serve the people of the region.
