Ambassador Khaled Youssef Al -Jalahma, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, participated in the ministerial meeting of the Group of Twenty, which was held in New York on the sidelines of the eighties of the United Nations General Assembly, headed by the Republic of South Africa, and in the presence of His Excellency the Secretary -General of the United Nations.
The meeting discussed the most prominent international issues, foremost of which is enhancing multilateral cooperation, supporting sustainable development efforts, and facing economic and environmental challenges, as well as the opportunities provided by technology and innovation to achieve comprehensive growth. The importance of active participation in joint international efforts was also emphasized, and to contribute to achieving the goals of the Group of Twenty in order to enhance security, stability and development at the regional and international levels.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Ali Khaled Al -Arifi, head of the Al -Madar Center at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
