Professor Jassim Mohamed Al -Badawi, Secretary -General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, participated in a high -level working session with a joint invitation from the Atlantic Council and Athens Group, and in the patronage and presence of the State of Mr. Kiriacos Mitsotakis, Prime Minister of the Greek Republic, and with the participation of a number of ministers and senior officials from a number of countries in the world and representatives of the private sector, today, Thursday, on the sidelines of His Excellency in the meetings of the eighties of the General Assembly of the United Nations in the city of the United Nations New York, USA.
The Secretary -General stated that these forums and forums contribute to exchanging opinions and views and exploring new opportunities to enhance the relations of the GCC states in the countries of the world and regional and international organizations, pointing out in this context that the Gulf -European relations are distinguished relations, as the two sides held more than five high -level meetings during the current year, and they seek to develop them to wider horizons.
During the session, the launch of the “AEGGIS and Economic and Economic Gulf Summit”, led by the Atlantic Council and Athens Group. This ambitious initiative aims to enhance strategic and economic relations between the European continent and the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.
