Sheikh Khalid bin Hamoud Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, received the pioneers of the province’s weekly council, from dignitaries, notables and members of the legislative authority and the people, where the meeting represented an opportunity to renew direct communication with citizens and listen to their opinions and observations, within the framework of the conservative approach based on strengthening societal partnership and upgrading the services provided to citizens and residents.
The council’s guests praised the directives of the first team, Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, during its last meeting with the governors, in which he stressed the importance of strengthening the approach to communication with citizens, and caring for young people and youth through programs and events that contribute to instilling national values and consolidating the community identity, as well as benefiting from religious and societal occasions in spreading awareness and consolidating the principles of community security.
The council’s pioneers also appreciated the efforts of the governorate in following up the requirements of the people in the various regions of the capital, by raising the development recommendations to the competent government agencies and following up their implementation, expressing their appreciation for the governor’s keenness to visit civil councils and the permanent presence among citizens, which reflects his interest in enhancing direct communication and consolidating the bonds of cooperation to serve the community.
