The General Assembly of the Tanta Court of Appeal, headed by Counselor Majid Gibran, a member of the Supreme Judicial Council and President of the Tanta Court of Appeal a few days ago, has ended the consideration of the court’s work distribution project for the next judicial year in force as of the first of next October 2025.

The association’s decision stipulated that the first circle continues to form the crimes of terrorism at the Wadi al -Natrun Reform and Rehabilitation Center, headed by Counselor Sameh Abdel -Hakam, and the membership of the Counselor Yasser Okasha Al -Munawi and Counselor Mohamed Rizk Merhi and Counselor Wael Mohamed Nabih Makram
In addition to the jurisdiction of the first department for the crimes of terrorism at the level of the Tanta Appeals Department in the governorates of (Gharbia – Menoufia – Kafr El -Sheikh – Qaliubiya), I also assigned the jurisdiction of human trafficking criminal at the level of the Tanta Appeals Department in addition to the spatial jurisdiction of the Sadat Department.
The General Assembly of the Court approved the distribution of work to the Tanta Court of Appeal departments, and the distribution draft decision was approved, which created many resumed criminal departments in implementation of Law No. (1) of 2024.
