Beni Suef Governorate continues to receive tourist delegations from different countries of the world, as part of its plan to stimulate domestic tourism, which is implemented under the supervision and patronage of the governor, Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim.
Yesterday evening, a tourist regiment of 25 visitors from Germany on board the Crown ship during their Nile journey between Cairo and Aswan was received, and they were received by a team from the General Administration of Tourism in the governorate and the Corniche Administration Committee to facilitate their tour and provide all necessary services.
The visit program included a tour of the new tourist walkway on the Nile Corniche in Beni Suef, where members of the regiment enjoyed the Nile and landscapes, as well as identifying the most prominent features of the modern city and some heritage aspects that reflect the cultural and civilizational nature of the province.
The repetition of such tourism visits is a sign of the success of the tourism development strategy launched by the governorate, as part of its comprehensive development plan, which includes 6 economic sectors, including the tourism sector, which the governor adopts with the aim of placing Beni Suef in a distinguished location on the tourist map locally and internationally.
