The Civil Service Service, in cooperation with the Information Authority and the e -government, launched a new update for the application of the “government employee” that includes adding a new service to display the performance evaluation results for civil service employees in detail for the last three years, given the importance of this service in the context of supporting digital transformation efforts, enhancing the principle of transparency and motivating employees to improve its performance.
The Civil Service Authority explained that this service allows access to the results of the performance evaluation of the last three years, with the ability to download reports in PDF format, in addition to a set of other services available through the application, such as seeing the attendance record and leaving the option to apply for delay or early departure permits, as well as the administrative communications service that enables employees and non -employees to submit their reports directly to the competent government agencies.
The new services were chosen according to accurate foundations and standards based on the needs of employees, so that the application becomes one of the main digital channels of the device in providing its services in a flexible and fast way, as the application contributes to reducing paper procedures and improving the efficiency of data access, and the application is a qualitative shift in enhancing the efficiency of government services, as the time and effort are shortened to the employee by providing immediate information and alerts through an easy -to -use digital platform.
