The executive bodies in Menoufia Governorate launched extensive campaigns to remove a number of construction cases in violation of the centers and cities, as part of the work of the second phase of the 27th wave to remove encroachments, because the owners are not completed The cradle.
Immediate dealing with construction violations
The Governor of Menoufia stressed the necessity of immediately dealing with the violations monitored by the unit of spatial variables, and to address the violations that violate agricultural lands, whether by fusion or starting construction work, stressing the continuation of campaigns to remove any infringement in the cradle.
The governorate’s statement indicated that the relevant agencies took proactive measures before the implementation of the removal decisions, which included preparing detailed statements in non -fulfilled cases, and announcing them through the official pages of centers and cities, as well as sending letters registered with the science of access to students, to give them a last opportunity to complete the reconciliation files.
Menoufia Governorate called on all citizens who have previously submitted reconciliation and did not complete their papers quickly to go to the specialized technological centers, before including their cases within the removal campaigns, stressing their continuation in taking all legal measures against violators to protect the capabilities of the state and the public interest, and to preserve the rights of serious people in legalizing their conditions.
