Engineer Sherif El -Sherbiny opened, Minister of Housing Today, the activities of the fourteenth edition of the Cityscape Egypt real estate exhibition, which will continue until the twenty -seventh of September, at the Egypt Center for International Exhibitions and Conferences, under the auspices of the Prime Minister, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, and Cityscape Egypt is the largest real estate platform in the local and regional market, with the participation of a group of senior local real estate developers, Arabs and internationals.
Minister of Housing: An unprecedented urban boom that makes Egypt a regional center for real estate investment
During his inspection tour inside the exhibition pavilions, the Minister of Housing listened to the offers of the participating companies and reviewed the latest urban projects offered, and he also had a fruitful dialogue with a number of Arab real estate developers, where he discussed with them the opportunities for investment expansion in the Egyptian market and mechanisms to enhance future partnerships.
In his statements, the minister expressed his happiness at the launch of this version of the exhibition, stressing that the wide participation we are witnessing today confirms that the Egyptian real estate market still maintains its position as one of the most promising markets in the region, thanks to the unprecedented urban achievements achieved by the state during the era of President Abdel Fattah Al -Sisi, pointing out that the real estate sector in Egypt has become a model for sustainable development, combining the quality of planning and investment diversity And abundant opportunities.
The minister pointed out that the Egyptian state is keen to provide a stable and attractive investment environment, through the clarity of the legislation regulating the real estate sector and the development of allocation and contracting mechanisms with transparency and speed, and the government places its top priorities to create a safe and reliable climate for foreign investors, ensuring the sustainability of their investments and providing them with opportunities for growth and expansion, stressing that the stability of the Egyptian market and the continuity of real demand for real estate They represent a strong guarantee for the success of real estate investments in Egypt in the long run.
“Al -Sherbiny” pointed out that the strategy of the Ministry of Housing and the New Urban Communities Authority is based on providing an attractive environment for real estate investment by offering lands in various activities, and providing various housing patterns, as well as developing new and sustainable new cities, keeping pace with global standards and meets the needs of citizens in all their segments, and stressed that the Egyptian state is working to enhance Egypt’s position as a regional center for real estate investment, by opening direct communication channels Among the developers, investors and decision makers, pointing out that the Cityscape exhibition is an ideal opportunity to exchange experiences and learn about the latest innovations in the field of real estate development and urban planning.
At the end of his tour, the Minister of Housing thanked the organizers, the shepherds and all the participants, stressing that the Arab and international presence reflects the increasing confidence in the Egyptian economy, and confirms the position of the Egyptian market as a leading investment destination.
It is worth noting that this year’s version is witnessing the launch of a new international wing that includes a number of major international companies, in a way that enhances the position of “Cityscape Egypt” as a pivotal event at the regional and international levels, and since its establishment in 2012, the exhibition has become one of the most prominent real estate forums in the region, and it is held in several countries, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar, accustomed to more than 80 real estate developers in each session.
