The Roads and Communications Authority, in cooperation with the Kioles MHI company (responsible for operating and maintaining Dubai Metro and operating Dubai Tram), continues to publish operating excellence standards through a risk evaluation program implemented in partnership with (Bureau Veritas), and consolidating these practices as a unified culture of risk awareness between employees, contractors and partners alike. The program, which lasted for three months this year, witnessed the participation of more than 100 trainees, including 20 Emirati citizens. Participants have represented various departments from the Roads and Transport Authority and Kiolis MHI, along with a number of major contractors.
