The Israeli occupation army announced, on Tuesday morning, the killing of Major Shahar Natell Bouzaglu (27 years old) from the town of Majdal Haim, after suffering a “RPG” shell that targeted a tank he was driving in southern Gaza City.
An Israeli officer was killed
According to the military statement published by Yediot Aharonot, Bouzoglu, a commander of the Battalion 77, affiliated to the seventh armored brigade “Saar Al -Golan”, died in Soroka Hospital in Beersheba, hours after he was injured.
Bouzaglu is the first Israeli dead to be registered in the “Gideon 2” operation that aims to control Gaza City, and entered its wild phase a week ago.
The occupation army explained that 911 soldiers have been killed since the beginning of the war, including 465 who have fallen since the maneuvers began.
