This mutation was strengthened by qualitative initiatives such as “Hajj without a bag”, which has shortened the time of procedures from 120 minutes to 15 minutes, and more than 722 thousand pilgrims benefited, along with the “Road to Mecca” initiative, which served about 322,901 pilgrims from 7 countries in the 2024 season, bringing the total beneficiaries since its inception to 940,657 pilgrims.
The Al -Mashaer train also contributed to facilitating the movement of millions through the implementation of 2,206 trips, while the digital transformation extended to the “Nask Al -Hajj” platform, which operates in 126 countries and 7 languages achieved a satisfaction rate of 86%. In terms of spiritual experience, the honorable kindergarten received more than 13 million visitors, and their satisfaction increased to 81%. The achievements did not stop at that, as 153 thousand volunteers participated in an achievement rate exceeding 102%, in addition to training 129 thousand trainees and trainees through 2500 training programs with a total of 300 thousand training hours.
These efforts culminated in global achievements, as Makkah Al -Mukarramah won the fifth place in the world in the reception of international visitors, while Medina came in the seventh place globally in the tourism performance index, to confirm the Kingdom that its ambitious vision made the service of the Two Holy Mosques a leading global model in facilitating and developing the pilgrimage and Umrah journey. The Kingdom presented the “Road to Mecca” initiative to facilitate the pilgrims’ journey by ending all regular and health procedures and passports in their countries before arrival.
During the 2024 season, 322,901 pilgrims benefited from the initiative from 7 countries, bringing the total beneficiaries since its inception to 940,657 pilgrims, which made it one of the most leading experiences in the service of the guests of Rahman.
The Al -Mashaer train contributed to facilitating the transportation of pilgrims during the 2024 season by implementing 2206 trips between Arafat, Muzdalifah and Mona, which reduced the crowding and within the comfort and safety of pilgrims.
The Kingdom’s efforts to the digital world extended through the “Hajj Nask” platform, which operates in 126 countries and 7 languages, to facilitate the pilgrimage journey electronically. The platform achieved a satisfaction rate of 86% in the 2024 season, which reflects its success in strengthening digital services globally.
The honorable kindergarten received more than 13 million visitors in 2024, while visitors’ satisfaction increased from 57% to 81% in just two years, thanks to the major improvements in managing and organizing the visit.
153,000 volunteers participated in the service of the guests of Rahman by 102% of the target number during the year 2024, in an affirmation of the spirit of volunteer work in the Kingdom.
129 thousand trainees and trainees were also trained through 2,500 training programs, with a total of 300 thousand training hours to develop the skills of workers in the pilgrim service sector.
The Kingdom won prominent global achievements, as Makkah Al -Mukarramah ranked fifth in the world within the index of cities most receiving for international visitors, while Medina achieved the seventh rank globally in the tourism performance index. This reflects the qualitative shift brought about by Vision 2030, which made the service of the Two Holy Mosques a global model to follow, according to the Euro -International report 2024.
With these achievements, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia confirms year after year that it is the first destination for the Islamic world, and that it is moving at a confident pace towards developing the experience of Hajj and Umrah, in a manner befitting the status of the Two Holy Mosques.
