The Technical Office of the Supreme Administrative Court of the State Council announced the formation of the first department, individuals, rights, freedoms and investment “for the new judicial year 2025/2026, which includes an elite group of council judges.
We publish the formation of the first circle of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Judicial Year 2025/2026
The formation came headed by Counselor Osama Youssef Shalabi Youssef – Chairman of the State Council, among them the membership of: Counselor Mohamed Abdel Samie Mohamed Ismail – Vice -President of the State Council, Counselor Abdel Moneim Fathi Abdel Moneim Ahmed – Vice -President of the State Council, Counselor Asham Abdullah Khalil Jadallah – Vice -President of the State Council, and Counselor Saeed Hamid Sherbini, Deputy Chairman of the State Council and Counselor Atef Mahmoud Ahmed Attia – Vice President of the State Council
The members of the first department are conducting their competencies related to the issues of individuals, rights and public freedoms, as well as investment issues, within the framework of the role played by the Supreme Administrative Court as the summit of the administrative judiciary in Egypt.
