The Al -Dhafra Court of First Instance ruled that a person paid 45 thousand dirhams, as compensation to another person, where he left his motorcycle in a repair workshop, but he was surprised that this person went to the workshop, and insisted on trying the bike in the absence of its owner and without his permission, and led her to reckon, which led to its coup and did not repair the bike. In the details, the complainant filed a lawsuit in the face of the complainant against him, at the end of which he requested the ruling to compel him for an amount of 83 thousand and 375 dirhams, the value of the bike repair and the amount of 30 thousand dirhams, in compensation for material and moral damage, fees and expenses.
