Dubai: «Gulf» The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research held a virtual workshop for federal universities, as part of the series “Customers Councils”, to discuss ways to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of services provided to customers, and in line with the targets of the government bureaucracy program. As well as senior officials in the ministry, representatives of the Emirates University, Higher Technology Colleges, and Zayed University, and the workshop witnessed the viewership of the participants to develop the educational sector, and to upgrade the digital services provided to students, to enable them to distinguish in their academic career and engage in the labor market, after graduation easily and conveniently.
