Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Muhammad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, the first batch of the Mohammed bin Hamad program to prepare leaders, with the participation of 25 young men and women representing a group of national competencies from various federal and local government agencies and the private sector, started after passing the stages of personal interviews and tests allocated for admission to the program. The program was designed in cooperation with the Mohammed bin Rashid College of Government Management according to the latest global academic and training practices, to combine academic and theoretical training and field visits, in a way that ensures that the participants are provided with practical experiences that enhance their leadership capabilities and expand their perceptions.
