Dr. Ahmed Sabri Al -Mallah, Deputy Director of the General Authority for Health Care Branch in South Sinai, held an expanded meeting with each of the departments: Infection Control – Satisfaction of the beneficiaries – health awareness and initiatives – evaluation and follow -up – and training – – within the framework of periodic follow -up to the workflow of health facilities of the branch.

The meeting discussed the most important files and tasks assigned to each administration, as the infection control department reviewed its plans to ensure the application of safety and prevention standards within units and hospitals.
The beneficiaries ‘satisfaction administration also presented its reports on citizens’ complaints and observations, and the mechanisms of speed of response and problem solving.
The Health Awareness Department reviewed its efforts in spreading societal awareness through educational campaigns and field activities.
While the results of the field follow -up tours and performance improvement plans were reviewed.
The Training Department emphasized the continuation of programs to raise the efficiency of medical and administrative cadres in line with quality and accreditation standards.
At the end of the meeting, the deputy director of the branch stressed the importance of coordination and integration between the various departments to ensure the improvement of the level of medical services provided to the beneficiaries, and to achieve the highest quality and community satisfaction rates.
It is worth noting that the health care branch holds meetings throughout the day to discuss citizens ’demands, treat negatives and complaints of citizens, work to solve them, and provide the best medical service, in order to obtain the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of health insurance in South Sinai.
