The governor of Qaliubiya affirmed that the file of encroachments on agricultural lands will not witness any negligence or covering up any default.
The governor explained, during the meeting of the provincial council, in the presence of a number of officials and leaders of the executive agencies, that the new law in its sixth article stipulates that no employee is exempt from responsibility in the event of negligence, saying: It is not a palace and who is all operating, all of them will turn to the prosecution according to the law.
Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, referred a number of officials in the center and city of Khanka in Qaliubiya Governorate and the agricultural administration to the competent prosecution to implement its affairs regarding the serious violations that the committee formed from the ministry monitored to follow up the system of spatial variables, engineering administration and property last Thursday.

The Minister of Local Development indicated that within the framework of the Ministry’s follow -up to the system of spatial variables, legalization and reconciliation in the various governorates of the Republic to reduce the violating construction and infringements of state property in implementation of the directives of the political leadership and the mandate of the Prime Minister, a committee was formed from the ministry headed by Dr. Saeed Helmy, head of the strategic management and local development sector, to pass through the center and city of Khanka in Qaliubiya Governorate to follow up the performance of officials of spatial variables and engineering management
