South Sinai health care is the extent of the application of quality standards and infection control policies in the governorate’s health care branches.
This comes as a continuation of field visits to supervising the medical branch facilities, in implementation of the directives of Dr. Ahmed Al -Sobky – Chairman of the Public Authority for Health Care and the General Supervisor of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project, and within the framework of the keenness of the Health Care Authority, the South Sinai branch, to follow up on the level of medical services provided to the beneficiaries
The administration of the branch’s satisfaction with the branch is doing an inspection traffic on the Wadi Al -Tor family medicine unit in Apordis. And all the sponsorship branches in the cities of South Sinai.
During the visit, the workflow of various clinics was pursued and ensured the regularity of providing the service to the beneficiaries, and reviewing the application of quality standards and infection control policies within the unit.
During the visit, the complaints and proposals of some of the frequencies of the unit were heard, work to study them, and take the necessary measures to improve the level of service, and to emphasize the good treatment of patients and provide integrated health care to ensure their satisfaction with the service.
These tours come within the framework of the branch plan for continuous field follow -up, and to ensure the efficiency of the medical services provided, in order to achieve the consent of the beneficiaries and enhance their confidence in the health care system.
