Engineer Adel Al -Najjar, Governor of Giza, held a weekly periodic meeting with citizens to discuss their complaints and requests submitted by the neighborhoods and centers of Agouza, Al -Amraniya, South Giza and Kerdasa in implementation of the state’s directives regarding the enhancement of direct communication channels with citizens and the achievement of quick and tangible responses to their problems.

During the meeting, the governor listened to a number of complaints, as he directed the formation of specialized legal and engineering committees to examine and examine the subjects presented, and to express the necessary legal opinion to ensure the achievement of justice and the preservation of the rights of citizens.
In the Agouza neighborhood, the governor assigned a committee headed by the Assistant Secretary -General to examine a complaint affected by modern construction violations on Sudan Street, and review the entire reconciliation file.
In the Al -Amraniya neighborhood, the governor responded to the complaint of a citizen of the inconvenience of air conditioners in one of the malls on Mahmoud Sami Al -Baroudi Street, where he was directed to compel those responsible for the facility to avoid the reasons for the complaint to reduce the noise.
The governor also discussed the complaint of a citizen in the Al -Omraniya neighborhood of building a violation of one of the neighboring real estate, as he directed the formation of a committee headed by the head of the city of Giza to study the file and express the legal opinion.
The meeting also dealt with other complaints from the citizens of South Giza and Kerdasa, the governor stressed the speed of dealing with it immediately.
Engineer Adel Al -Najjar stressed that the periodic meetings, in addition to the ongoing field tours, represent a direct platform to communicate with citizens and enhance confidence between them and the state, stressing that all complaints are studied seriously, and the decisions taken on them on the ground in accordance with the legal frameworks.
The meeting was attended by: Ibrahim Al -Shihabi, Hind Abdel Halim Nawab, Governor, Mohamed Nour, Secretary General, Mohamed Mari, Assistant Secretary -General, Dr. Mohamed Jaber, Legal Adviser to the Governorate, Professor Ayman Khalil, President of the city of Giza, Wael Shaaban, Head of the Central Administration for Governor’s Office, and Eng. And the centers concerned.
