The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed that anyone using a mobile phone carrying a piece of Israel in his hands came during his meeting with the Congress delegation in West Jerusalem.
Netanyahu praised the technological role that Israel plays in the components of global smartphones and the exchange of intelligence.
He said that mobile phone users all over the world are inadvertently benefiting from Israeli innovation.
Netanyahu said to the delegates: If you have a phone, you are carrying a piece of Israel, and it also sheds light on Israel’s contributions in areas such as medicine, arms and agricultural systems.
Netanyahu added, smiling: Even your tomato comes from Israel.
In the face of the growing global criticism of the strikes on Gaza and the ban on the export of weapons, Netanyahu admitted that some countries have stopped supplying Israeli weapons spare parts, but he insisted that Israel would overcome this challenge, and we can deal with this matter, and he said with confidence: We are good in making weapons.
Netanyahu and the occupation
Netanyahu also admitted that Qatar and other countries have removed Israel diplomatically because of its recent actions, however, he defended Israel’s strength and technological superiority, and told the American delegation: Many of your intelligence data come from us, in reference to the American -Israeli cooperation.
His remarks come amid the escalation of tensions in the Middle East, with the escalation of international pressure on Israel, and Netanyahu’s comments indicate that Israel depends on its technological influence and military capabilities to maintain its global importance despite the diplomatic setbacks.
