The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority announced the implementation of a number of batteries replacement stations for electric bikes in operational areas and different areas of the emirate in partnership with Terra, which specializes in developing electrical cycling replacement stations. This initiative comes within the framework of the authority’s keenness to enhance the shift towards sustainable transport in the transport sector, and to encourage delivery companies to adopt sustainable and environmentally friendly transportation and is the first initiative of its kind in the region to encourage the use of fleets with zero emissions.
