Cairo 24 knew about the issuance of a decision to reconstitute the Supreme Values Court to be headed by Judge Mohamed Abdel -Al Ahmed Aref, First Vice President of the Court of Cassation, and member of the Supreme Judicial Council.
Reuse the Supreme Values Court
It was decided that the Supreme Values Court includes in its membership, Judge Majid Jubran Boutros Manuarius, President of the Tanta Court of Appeal and member of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Fawzi Abdel -Rahman Al -Sayed Abdel Rahman, President of the Assiut Court of Appeal, Judge Abdel -Rasoul Mohamed Tantawi Abdel -Rasoul, Vice President of the Court of Cassation, Judge Abdel Moneim Mohamed Zaki Abdel Salam Al -Halawani, President of the Cairo Court of Appeal, and Judge Mohamed Mahmoud Hassan Ghurab
The court also includes in its membership 4 public figures, they are Judge Ahmed Masoud Ahmed Tawfiq, former head of the Cairo Appeals Court, Judge Sameh Mohamed Abdullah Muhammad Ali Al -Kashef, former head of the Cairo Court of Appeal, Judge Mohamed Ahmed Ali Hassan Shuaib, former head of the Alexandria Court Muhammad, the former head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority.
The Court of Values and the Supreme Court of Values will continue in their work based on Article 4 of Law 194 of 2008, which stipulates: The Court of Values, and the Supreme Court of Values in the consideration of the cases bound by its schedules until the completion of its dismissal, and the prosecution before it represents a member of the illegal gain management.
