Archives and the National Library, in cooperation with the Emirates Library and Information Association, organized a specialized workshop on customer services in libraries, with the aim of providing library employees with the finest and most advanced practices, and advanced communication skills, and pre -emptive methods and strategies that provide the library pioneers facilities and services that exceed their expectations, in order to encourage them to belong to the library.
