Dr. Mohamed Abdel -Moaty, Dean of the National Cancer Institute, announced the details of the annual conference of the National Cancer Institute – Cairo University (BGO 2025), under the title: One Voice and one vision for a future without cancer, to be held in Cairo during the period from 5-7 November 2025.
The Dean of the Institute explained: This year’s conference continues to shed light on the remedies and innovations that deal with the enormous challenges in caring for cancer patients, and through a wealthy scientific program that includes the latest research, seminars, workshops, and scientific posters, we aim to create a cooperative platform that brings together the elite of the leading minds in oncology sciences from all over the world.
The Dean of the Institute continued: We are proud of our partnership with the World Association of Blood Tumors (Soho), the Oncology Association (SSO) and the University of Oxford. We are also pleased to host the annual diagnostic radiology conference, which enhances the multidisciplinary nature of this event.
The Dean of the Institute added: All the activities of the conference, including scientific sessions and seminars, and workshops approved by the American Association for Continuing Medical Education (AACME), ensuring the highest standards of continuous education quality for all participants in the conference, and besides enriching scientific knowledge, the conference provides a unique opportunity to test the vibrant culture and the distinguished hospitality of Cairo. The National Institute of Oncology, Cairo University, announced the establishment of specialized workshops in clinical pathology, within the conference of the National Oncology Institute of BGO 2025, with the participation of a group of distinguished professors and experts in this field, within the framework of the activities of the annual conference of the National Cancer Institute – Cairo University.
These workshops aim to discuss the latest scientific developments and diagnostic technologies, enhance the skills of doctors and researchers in practical applications of clinical pathology and provide an opportunity for direct interaction and exchange of experiences between the participants.
