The Directorate of Health Affairs in Qalioubia, one of the food stores that are not licensed in the city of Qaha, raided the campaign, resulted in the seizure of 2 tons of healthy children’s desserts, because it contained industrial colors that are not authorized to use, in addition to circulating and manufacturing them in ways that are not identical to health requirements.
The seizures were seized, random samples were withdrawn and sent to Benha’s laboratories to examine them and ensure their validity for human consumption, with the presentation of the incident to the Public Prosecution to take legal measures.
Lectures were edited because the store did not fulfill the health requirements, and the workers did not carry health certificates that prove that they are free of infectious and skin diseases, as well as recommending the closure of the store because of the danger of its current status on public health, and to manage it without a license.
The campaign came under the directives of Dr. Osama Al -Shalakani, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Qalioubia, Dr. Osama Abu Amer, Director General of Preventive Medicine, with the participation of Dr. Mohamed Ali, Director of the Food Control Department, Professor Mohamed Sobhi, General Food Observer in the Governorate, and the Food Office team.
