Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, Governor of Beni Suef, revealed that the total removal of removals during the period from August 30 to September 10 amounted to 555 cases of infringement, within the second stage of the 27th wave to remove encroachments.

The governor said, in a statement, that, according to the report issued by the state property administration, the removal included; 285 cases of state property and 270 cases of transplantation, stressing that these efforts are made in full coordination between the executive agencies and the security authorities and the relevant state, according to the specified timetable.
He pointed out that the second phase of the 27th wave to remove the encroachments was launched on August 30, in implementation of the directives of the political leadership and under the supervision of the Supreme Committee to recover the state’s lands, and within the framework of efforts to protect state property and recover the people’s right and confront the phenomenon of violating construction.
It is worth noting that the 27th wave is implemented in three consecutive stages during the months of August, September and October, where the first stage – which took place from 9 to 22 August – witnessed the removal of 849 cases of infringement, while the work of the second stage continues until September 26, with the wave to conclude the third stage from 4 to 24 October 2025.
