Ajman/Wam, His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al -Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, issued Law No. (3) of 2025 on purchases, contracts and warehouse management in the Ajman government, as part of the emirate’s efforts to enhance financial governance and develop its administrative systems in accordance with best global practices. The new law aims to regulate purchases, conclude contracts and dispose of government assets, in a manner that guarantees the highest levels of economic efficiency, transparency, equality and equal opportunities, in addition to preserving government assets and managing them with efficiency and effectiveness, and the law also establishes the principles of integrity, publicity and rational governance at all stages of government contracts.
