Dr. Aya Ibrahim, Director of Information Systems and Digital Transformation Department at the Alexandria Health Directorate stated that training in conformity between paper records and electronic entry leads to ensuring data health and ensuring that all information entered on the electronic system is compatible with official paper documents.

Ibrahim indicated that he reduces errors and reduces the possibility of incomplete or incorrect data that may affect administrative or technical decisions.
This came during a training workshop, in cooperation between the administration of initiatives, information systems and digital transformation to activate the conformity and review of health initiatives and the pre -marriage examination initiative.
The Director of Information Systems Department confirmed that it improves reliability, as conformity provides greater confidence in the numbers and statistics published, whether for the administration or the regulatory authorities.
In addition to facilitating scrutiny as it makes internal and external audit operations faster, easier and more transparent, and develop administrative performance as it helps in identifying the places of palaces and the speed of their treatment, which raises the efficiency of work and the quality of services.
Dr. Mohamed Zaki, Director of the Initiatives Department revealed that the workshop targeted the training of the coordinators of the general initiatives in the medical areas, the initiative coordinators in the units, the directors of information systems and digital transformation departments in the medical areas, and heads of information systems departments in health units.
He explained that this training came as a practical step towards strengthening the state’s march in the field of digital transformation, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data entered with mechanized programs, in a way that contributes to improving administrative performance and developing the level of health services provided to citizens.
