The defendants admitted that there was a friendship between them and one of the girls who were with them in the apartment of the second accused, and after their departure, the first accused discovered the absence of his mobile phone.
They also added that during the search for her, they grow up to their knowledge that the aforementioned is hesitating one of the apartments in the property, the deceased, and after that, the defendants went to search for it until they erred by mistake the property in question, believing that he was present in the deceased’s apartment.
After that, they accidentally broke the door of the apartment, which caused the deceased in a state of panic, which led him to throw himself from the balcony of the apartment in his residence, which led to his injury that claimed his life and immediately they left the location of the incident and fled fleeing.
