His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, issued a princess with the promotion and appointment of the Secretary -General of the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah. The decree stipulated that Mira Khalifa Abdullah Al -Muqarid Al -Suwaidi will be promoted to the degree of general manager of a department on the Special Job System in the Sharjah government, and a general secretary of the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah is appointed from the date of the issuance of this decree. His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi issued an American decree to form the “Wadi Al -Helou Council” in the Emirate of Sharjah. The decree stipulated that the “Wadi Al -Helou Council” headed by Dr. Ahmed Saeed Khamis Al Mazrouei, and membership: 1. Ahmed Salem Ahmed Al Mazrouei. 2
