DUBAI – The UAE has achieved a new achievement by entering the list of the ten best countries in the world for the first time, in the global talent report issued by the International Institute for Administrative Development in Lausanne for the year 2025, among 69 global economies, to reach the ninth globally, advanced eight ranks compared to its classification last year.
