The Women’s Pavilion in the city of «Expo Dubai» announced the launch of a pioneering initiative aimed at helping women wishing to follow their career after a period of interruption from work, by providing them with the capabilities, skills and confidence necessary to return to work. The program is organized, in partnership with “HSBC” and with the support of the Dubai Expo City Corporation, and the implementation of C3 (companies that create change), and meets a growing need in the workforce today, is to empower women who have competencies and skills to overcome obstacles to returning to the labor market, and re -employ their experiences to benefit from them. By strengthening the efforts made in diversity, inclusion and opportunities, the program will be unleashed for unarmed talents, and contributes to narrowing the gap in employment.
