The Coptic Evangelical Authority for Social Services, the Forum of Dialogue of Cultures, under the auspices of Dr. Reverend André Zaki, President of the Evangelical Community in Egypt and the head of the authority, is organizing an expanded conference entitled: Awareness and Pillars of Sustainable Development, on Monday, Tuesday 8 and 9 September 2025.

Awareness: Awareness as a pillar of sustainable development: The role of individuals and institutions, Dr. Al -Qais Andre Zaki, Chairman of the Coptic Evangelical Authority and head of the Evangelical Community in Egypt, Dr. Osama Al -Azhari, Minister of Awqaf and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, and Dr. Abdel Hadi Al -Qasabi, Chairman of the Social Solidarity Committee in the House of Representatives, and the media session, Samir Omar, head of the news sector at the United Company for Media Services.
As for the second session: Cultural Challenges for Sustainable Development, in which Dr. Abdel Moneim Saeed, Member of the Senate, Dr. Howaida Barakat, Professor of Management Sciences and Regional Director of Strategic Academy (Egypt and the Middle East) – East London University, Dr. Osama Al -Nahhas, Heritage expert in the Islamic World Education, Science and Culture Organization (ISESCO) and the colleague of the National Defense College at Nasser Higher Military Academy, It is managed by Dr. Noha Talaat, a member of the National Council for Human Rights.
The third session deals with: “Sources of Building Awareness: Artificial Intelligence and Creativity”, the interventions of Prof. Dr. Hisham Azmi, President of the Egyptian Intellectual Property Agency, and Engineer Hossam Saleh, Chairman of the Technology and Digital Transformation Committee in the Sustainable Development Alliance at the League of Arab States, and is managed by Dr. Sumaya Al -Alfi, a development consultant for family and child rights.
While the fourth session is witnessing: “Young experiences and experiences about awareness and sustainable development”, the participation of Dr. Fatima Ayed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “In our hands” in Assiut, Dr. John Jamil, Advisor to the Services of the World Organization for the Scout Movement, Sheikh Salah Mansour, Imam and preacher at the Ministry of Endowments in Alexandria, and Reverend Murad Adel, the sponsor of the Evangelical Church in Al -Qanater, Dr. Reham Khalaf, At the Ministry of Awqaf in Minya, and Professor Damiana Adel, a content maker of the Arab Organization for Human Rights, the session is moderated by Dr. Yousry Mustafa, a researcher and consultant for capacity building.
Dr. Samia Qadri, Professor of Sociology at Ain Shams University, and Dr. Tariq Abu Hashima, Director of the International Fatwa Index at the Egyptian Fatwa House.
The conference confirms the role of awareness as an essential pillar to achieve sustainable development, through a platform that brings together decision makers, thought leaders, academics and representatives of religious and civil institutions, in order to formulate common visions that contribute to enhancing the values of citizenship and activating societal participation to achieve a better future.
